THE Moorings Pub & Kitchen in Canal Basin, Sowerby Bridge, is seeking the opinion of its female customers in an exclusive survey into the likes, dislikes, wants and don’t wants of female customers.

Manager Emma Tordoff said: “Even just looking at the statistics from our Facebook page, we can see that 59% of all customers who like and engage with our page are female, and the majority of them are between 25 and 35 years old.”

The survey asks participants a range of questions, including how they would rate the importance of feminine touches in the toilets, the range of drinks/wine available and the choice of music, as well as how ‘female friendly’ The Moorings is.

Emma and the team at the pub are also holding focus groups at the pubs to discuss the requirements of female customers further. They will be reacting to the findings of all this research work over the coming months.

The survey has been emailed to all female customers on The Moorings’ database and copies are available behind the bar for visiting customers to complete. The deadline for taking part is Thursday 21st June. Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a meal for four at The Moorings.
