Bridge 25A, Ufton Swingbridge
Update on 26/06/2023:
Please be advised that contractors are working on the repair of the bridge. Passage is available in working hours however there maybe delays. Full repair of the damaged barriers is expected to be completed tomorrow Tuesday the 27th at the end of the day.
NAVIGATION CLOSURE (9.45pm Saturday 24 June until 10pm Monday 26 June 2023)
Please be advised that due to a failure of the road safety barriers, Bridge 25A, Ufton swing bridge is currently inoperable. Our mechanical and electrical engineers have this evening attended site but unfortunately have not been able to make a sufficient repair. Parts required to enable the repair will be available on Monday 26th June when the team will return.
