This tree has been removed and the navigation is clear.
Update on 29/06/2023:
A tree has come down near Bridge 18 on the Trent & Mersey Canal.
Boaters can get past, but are asked to proceed with care.
Unfortunately specialist contractors have yet to attend to remove the tree, but the work is planned in.
We will update the website on the 3rd July.

A tree has come down near Bridge 18 on the Trent & Mersey Canal.
Boaters can get past, but are asked to proceed with care.
Unfortunately specialist contractors have yet to attend to remove the tree, however they have been arranged and will attend and within the next 5 days.
